It is almost confirmed that Samsung Galaxy Note 7 will be the successor of Galaxy Note 5. Though Samsung not yet revealed the reason, the decision to skip the Galaxy Note 6, may be to bring both the Samsung’s flagships – the Galaxy S7 and the upcoming Galaxy Note 7 in the same line up. Galaxy Note 7 details have also started to appear online, and here is what we know so far about the device.
Popular leakster Evan Blass (aka @evleaks) has confirmed that Samsung’s next Note device definitely will be the Galaxy Note 7. Here are some of the features of the upcoming Galaxy Note 7. Design wise there might not be much changes from the Galaxy S7 and Notes 5, but it should have some great features.
The Galaxy Note 7 will have a 5.8-inch QHD dual-edge Super AMOLED display with RGB matrix and Samsung’s own Exynos 8 SoC with 6GB of RAM will power it. The minimum internal memory will be 32GB (UFS) and support for external micro SD card not yet confirmed.
Regarding the battery, it will be 4000 or even 4200 mAh along with Quick Charge support (Quick Charge 3.0).
Regarding the camera, Galaxy Note 7 will have 12MP rear camera with dual-pixel phase-detection autofocus and the front camera will be 8MP.
Note 7 will feature Fingerprint scanner, Iris scanner and waterproof. Also, it will have refined TouchWiz interface dubbed Notes UX.
Samsung Galaxy Note 7 is expected to be launched on August 2, 2016 and the price of this device will be around $900!
